So to start off I have been thinking about cosplay costumes for Yuri/Murata (from Kyo Kara Maoh) after seeing some characters on some show with japanese school outfits. And just as a direct progression and terribly nerdy thought I had the idea of doing up Morgif all detailed in a rapid prototyping machine for a costume prop and be as realistic as possible. Though the main thing with that is finding out how expensive such a prospect would be. *groans* But would be perfect. Just do up the design in something like Mechanical Desktop in 3d as accurate as possible and then it's an almost direct transfer to a 3d printer and out comes the model in p
